Since our humble beginnings back in 1994, our team has had one goal: to refine our creative culinary approach to sandwiches and salads, ensuring that your meal at Rubicon Deli leads to an unforgettable experience.
To accomplish this lofty goal, we've put our signature loaves of freshly baked and uniquely flavored bread at the forefront, in which they've ultimately become the defining image of our brand. Most importantly, it's our sizable bread that offers value to our wonderful guests, both first-timers and frequent visitors.
Discovered this restaurant during the corona era. got takeout of the super mario and it was really filling and delicious! i love the little cookie they give you as well. the chips are also surprising good, it looks and feels homemade and the seasoning is just divine. i love to call this place delicon rubio's. perfect stop for a lunch break!
They really know how to make a great sandwich. There are so many layers to it. They give pretty big portions for the price too. I love how they give free mini chocolate chip cookies for every sandwich. One time I went in and just asked for a bag of cookies and they gave it to us for free, so friendly.
Wonderful service. We have placed large orders here several times and they always get it right! Fresh ingredients and the bread is so delicious. One sandwich can feed two people.
